He's not, he has IG halo and his IG results are a handful from his 500000 cases, I saw less impressive results (on less attractive people of course) from Facebook self-reports , you wouldn't think they went to a 'god' facial surgeon from their results. Also has some botches like every other surgeon. Imo the base matters as much as the surgeon and he purposely picks (besides his deformed cases) high potential to be hot women to operate on for those amazing before and afters, other surgeons like Ramieri will post any patient on social media without looks discrimination. This is also why I think Raffaini prefers to operate on or at least post about his operations on women, most men are ugly and can't be ascended .

raffaini proposed me a too conservative plan, to fix the asymmetry he wants to reduce the thicker mandibular side (so i will have LESS BONES), since he doesn't use implants.

Next month i will talk to Ramieri, and i think i will choose him since he use titanium mandibular implants that will ascend me...

i have a hella long ramus on one side and im getting implants to correct the weaker side with ramieri but i don t have the design still

If u getting a bimax go with ramieri (21 - 25k) 100% he is like the goat of bimax, has ton of results on his ig page and price is good. He has recently started promoting implants and could also provide fat grafts.

Pagnoni asks for a bit more money for bimax (27k - 30k) he is also the goat but performs less bimax than ramieri every year. He is very skilled with implants (4k for supra and infra (8k for both) if combined with bimax) can design them himself and can also work with liam (giant implants). Also does rhino.

I think ramieri can also work with liam but im not really sure about that tho.

Liam is a good designer but he is not really trustworthy.



So if u getting bimax go with ramieri he won't fuck you up. (Good advancements will result in a more prominent lower third which wont follow a receded maxilla which would benefit from implants)


If u getting bimax + implants consult with both and ask for which plan u find better or who is willing to do what (pagnoni is more comfortable with his implant placement skills and will work with more agressive stuff if u ask him, but ramieri can also provide you with good results or even the same shit (if I knew further I would tell you but I havent seen any ramieri implant results))

-Also I would like to point out something @chrishell has repeatedly told users here about the need of fat grafting/face lift after any implant.


If u getting a rhino you could also go with pagnoni but he might ask for big price bc of reputation and shiet and lots of surgeons can give you same result.
