Threading is subpar, castor oil is a meme imo, dye works however it doesn’t seem like you have enough hair.

Personally I would use minoxidal orally or topically and if that doesn’t work get a transplant.

Also your eyebrow shape is awful. It sort of droops down with the eye. Suggest getting a corner eyebrow lift to bring it up a bit. Example below.

Just one whole carrot like bugs bunny would eat. Suppousidly if you eat more it will take effect faster but I dont want orange skin. I haven't been doing it for super long but my skin looks a little better.
