Is it too early to increase my isotretanoin dossage?

I have been on accutane for 20 days. So far i have done 10mg per day and my derm said increase to 20mg per day after 4-5 weeks. Is it retarded and counter intuative to increase the dossage already just because im impatient or will waiting be better for mitigating sides and overall health. The only sides i have gotten so far is dry lips

ur derm is right u should start at 10mg for a month then do bloodtests to see how ur body reacts to it , check ur lipids then up the dose to 20mg and stay on it 20mg cleared my skin fully 30mg side effects started getting worse don't recommend it

i dont have any blood tests until 8 weeks in and then i got appt with the derm on the 10th week

my body doesn't react at all to accutane just dryness my bloodtests are all good but i hopped on accutane 4 times now first time for 5 month then 3 then 4 then 2 but after stopping in a while my hormonal acne comes back since my test and dht is high so might have to take accutane for a whole year

i never purged on accutane even when i had bad acne when i hopped on i never purged ion think purging exists its prob retards taking it wrong or without fat then saying theyre purging its not tretinoin its oral
