I’m currently 17 turning 18 in 2 weeks,
I’ve made a plan already for natural hgh and igf- optimisation, i have no idea whether my plates are still open but I’ve read in some studies men don’t stop growing until their 20s but most of you guys on here say they don’t stop until around 16-18 so Is this shit a waste of time or no

reached 6'1 at 16 then grew to 6'2 by 19 but very very slowly. you won't even notice. so you might grow a little but nothing drastic
