I'm currently 17,188 centimeters. my puberty started at mid-late 14.
I still look like im 14 and cant grow a beard + have very few hairs on my body. My tanner scale was 4.1,will my bones change any further?
(I grew 2 inches in the last year)

+ im gonna get a knee xray,but i think my growth plates are still open because i have constant growth in height so.

you'll just have to wait, facial hair comes over time.

almost none of my friends have facial hair, even when they are 18

and being 188cm is very good

Well your face is gonna undergo development until ur about 22 depending on genetics, but not really that much since you have probably gotten over the drastic hormones in puberty.
