Is it too late if I did Test/HGH at 17 for facial bone growth?

Gonna do test and/or hgh over summer I'm just wondering is 17 too late? im only 1 month into being 17 so do i have potential to get good bone growth? or is it too late

most of your facial bones are done growing by the age of nine, they then mature until about the age of 14 and 16, the only bone that continues to grow is your mandible which could be up to 21.
