Bottom two are 1/3 erupting at an angle and causing pain

I’m planning on getting mse soon

should I extract before or after?

before, mse wont give you forward growth unless you use fm or something and even then it probably wont make enough space quickly enough to help keep them

ya there is no way to salvage the bottom ones once they are impacted sadly, the upper ones are a different story

i will probably have to get my lowers extracted, they are impacted but dont cause pain

i may get bone grafting to make sure i dont further narrow my subhuman mandible from the resorption that will take place
