Is it too late to start looksmaxxing at 15?

Some people on this site say that if you didn't grow up in a healthy environment and you look bad then it's over so I rlly wanna know if I can do anything at all other than basic stuff like skincare and leanmaxxing (I'm lowering my bodyfat % right now).
