Is it too late to take test for voice deepening at 19

Im nearly 19 i tried going to my primary doctor to get trt last year exactly but they dead ass never listen the first time i bring something up and just brush it off. Will my voice deepen anymore past this age? i always lowkey hated it since i gained some sorta consciousness at 13-14. I feel like it hasnt changed in a year or two when i look at old videos. sometimes i feel the resonance or bass like effortlessly and its alright but most times i sound thin lowest score ive got on voicecel is 115 usual is 130 what do i do

Just hop on testosterone and dihydrotestosterone it deepens voice bro
