yes but methylphenidate and severe stress was the problem before accutane.
it didn't make a significat damage.
i also done my eyebrows but somehow it bleed so much than i expected.

i don't think so but depends on the person.

I am doing 1.75mm once a week. I have not seen any evidence that doing it more than that will produce superior results. The wounding needs to heal. Dermarolling/needling as a potential hairloss mitigation is still in it's infancy. I would be worried that more than once a week would be doing more harm than good.

For skin it is definitely two much, I do it every 4 -6 weeks with 2 mm microneedling device.
