Running is not bad. Neither is sauna. It's hermetic stress. There is a reason both of them are linked to longevity
what sort of research chemicals are u currently under the influence of?

No one is telling you to be a marathon runner. Regular sauna users have lower mortality rates so there's no chance it has any significantly negative effects on your health

that is a correlation not any evidence saunas are linked to longevity

If regular sauna usage or running caused significant damage the people wouldn't be living longer than the the ones who don't do that. Could YOU show any evidence it causes harm

It's pretty much common sense. Again can you prove it causes harm

well yes, but its not gonna be used for bone growth

People use the sauna because it feels good
U sure? In finland we have a sauna in almost every house, it doesnt really feel that good and it really hurts and burns if it goes over 80° celsius which it usually is at all times
