A wider skull looks more attractive, but if ur super tall, ur mandible could be very long give the horse faced appearance

Not everyone has it, also can be calluses by breathing. But longers bones would mean longer skull bones, mostly growth of mandibl

Apparently the MFR is negatively correlated with height. So short people are liable to have SFS and tall people get HFS (horse face syndrome)
