Hgh alone wont help you but if you have a full stack you could probably change ur fah by a few cm. In my opinion it is too late to be worth it and would just get lls. 5'9 isnt over. I was on prescribed hgh since I was 15 and I grew to 180 while having parents who are 169 and 156 cm . For me it worked very well because I was deificient but I probably could’ve got even taller if I got on hgh earlier
