Is it true that a 1000 calorie deficit at 16 isn't good for your potential

ive been in a 1000 calorie deficit for around 3 weeks now, I was previously in a 300, then 500 calorie deficit and now just started a 1000 calorie deficit because I wanted to see progress sooner, im curious if it isn't substantial and isn't worth it at a young age, if you could also tell if I should bulk lmk, these pictures a bit older but now im around 12 percent bf with visible abs

Not if you roid or pin slin, litteraly use any pharma and time your food right and you wont fet fat, if you get fat still your doing it wrong or have shit genes. Either one just roid and you'll get leaner and bigger even on a bulk.

Honestly if its full natty try carb cycling, if you use supps use berberine. As a natty the best you can do is optimise insulin sensitivity. Dont waste money on test supps theyre all scams. Also no Sarms.
