Is it true that certain chewing patterns can activate different parts of masseter?

For example chewing with back molars will make the upper part of your masseters bigger which gives off a bloated look

nigger what do u mean COPE no matter what chewing pattern you use, all parts of your masseter and temporalis are going to be activated (some to a more or less degree). Chewing with the incisors (top and bottom 2 teeth) works the lower part of the masseter, chewing with the side teeth (all the way up until the molars) activates the middle part of the masseter and chewing with the molars activates the full masseter muscle
