people say that being lean during puberty is optimal for a healthy hormonal profile / facial development.

but i honestly think that by being fat you can guarantee that you get all necessary nutrients during puberty, also, doesn't estrogen give you better forward growth or something?

i barely know good boned people who have been lean their entire lifes

my dad was always lean, and by lean i mean 10/100 bf naturally due to his body fat storage and genetics, and he has top tier bones. I don't know if there is any relation between beeing fat and having bone underneth. Probably just anecdotal

i personally think that if you're fat before and after puberty, your skeletal system will become denser, and your muscles will become bigger due to the extra weight carried. the only downside that i've noticed, is that fat people tend to get sloped shoulders.
