i agree, what do you recommend, i already have nice appeal just need a bit just like a bit more dimorphism to be completeIt will ruin your face in the long term.

Hyaluronic acid fillers further exacerbate this by drawing in water, contributing to a puffy or doughy look.
You are also stretching soft tissue and need more and more to maintain your results.
Its a long term effect,use of fillers for couple years can cause some problems but nothing significant.I would suggest to use fillers and then get surgery.Me myself as an example i will use chin filler for couple years and then get genioplasty most likelyi agree, what do you recommend
