Depends. When I got fillers my skin was already stretched cuz I was obese, so by getting fillers I only looked younger, like a facelift effect.

It will ruin your face in the long term.

Excess or poorly placed facial filler can interfere with muscle movement, affecting both appearance and lymphatic drainage. When filler surrounds facial muscles, it restricts their function, leading to fluid buildup and swelling. Hyaluronic acid fillers further exacerbate this by drawing in water, contributing to a puffy or doughy look.

You are also stretching soft tissue and need more and more to maintain your results.

Its a long term effect,use of fillers for couple years can cause some problems but nothing significant.I would suggest to use fillers and then get surgery.Me myself as an example i will use chin filler for couple years and then get genioplasty most likely
