if yes then any examples? personally i look like a complete different person in my gym lighting [ good looking in terms of face ] and ltn at home.

As you can see, you don't entirely change, but it matters about how visible the overall facial structure is. Hollow cheeks as a whole are mostly just from being in good lighting. They are rarely visible in bad lighting.
