Is it true that pagnoni pays people to talk good about him?

Recently I read a thread from 2020 where a guy is furious about Dr Pagnoni and his Bimax, now I was thinking about going to pagnoni for Implants and maybe bimax if Sailer tries to scam me with his implants and fees n shit I dont want or need.

I really need your help I dont want to get botched.

I'd imagine that a lot of blackpilled surgeons do this tbh. Sailer is literally the most expensive maxilliofacial surgeon in the world though and his best results are very photoshopped so you'd definitely be better off looking elsewhere.

From what I've heard, Pagnoni is probably better for infraorbitals than bimax/jaw implants. You'd probably be better off with Ramieri for jaw- his prices are reasonable and he seems to be consistent: there don't seem to be many if any reports of him fucking up.

Look at this result, Taban is overrated and Canthopexy is the way

Canthopexy to get fox eye, in Italy doctors use static or dynamic canthopexy, either are better than any other surgery on the eye. The result that i am showing are two surgery made by Antonio Alban. Both girls had scleral show and prominent eye (with neutral vector i think). Look the result...

Then Orbital Implants and Inframalar Implants and Cheekbone Implants at Pagnoni

Bimax and Genio at either Ramieri or Zarrinbal

and Wraparound Jaw Implants or maybe just gonial implants at Defranq in Belgium

Also I talked with Sailer his newest Dr in the Team is a really nice guy but I kinda got a bad gut feeling talking to sailer

Sounds pretty good. Another option for your lower third is Augusto Pary. His results are really good and he does bigonial widening so you wouldn't need the wraparound implants if you went with him.

Zarrinbal gives mogger results provided you only need linear advancement- his BSSO is a thing of beauty. But I wouldn't consider him if you need CW or CCW rotation.

No point bro: I know good surgical results when I see them and I have a decent idea of the theories but I wouldn't really be able to analyse a face from before pics and say what would be best. For that you should contact the likes of @SixCRY @Gaia262 @RealSurgerymax @Korea
