Ukraine & Russia maybe because lower standard of living / corruption in general and girls want "better life", even Poles are having easier time with Ukr girls being seen as slightly better than alcoholics in their country. You can't really compare Poland to them despite only ~ 30 years of relative freedom from Russian influence.. Warsaw its basically a western city, better in some respects than more established capitals of EU, women are career and Chad oriented.. There are drunk brits going clubbing in beautiful Krakow... Alcohol & partying in general is very cheap so for a guy with $$$ euro it's a good trip always.
