My friend, who weighs a bit more than me is pure muscle. He's been in the gym for the same time as me 7-8 months and hes fucking huge. He was already bigger than me before he started but it is phenomenal how much muscle he's gained. The thing that doesn't make sense to me, is that he eats a bit more calories, but its mostly sports drinks and grainsludge, yet he is still leaner and has more muscle than me (I eat a whole food diet). To try tell you how big he is he's about 72kg bulked but low fat, some ngas even asked him if he's roiding or does bodybuidling proffesionally. Is it genetics or what?

during adolescence muscle gain is for the most genetic after like a year of training
 
it also depends on how old you are it could just be pubery
or he could be blasting without you knowing

it really is bones at the end of the day. I would say I have top 20% clavicles for my age and my frame is good, just needa commit to the cut

it really is bones at the end of the day. I would say I have top 20% clavicles for my age and my frame is good, just needa commit to the cut
its not even bones like people who have as their main muscle the back most of the time are going to have a better frame that people who have better chest either way you can always fix with drugs

I have a gigachad friend (yes, some guys get ALL the luck) and even though he's never set foot in a gym he is in great shape and he has crazy big muscly forearms. His calf muscles are also insane like freaking boulders, and probably what helped make him such a fast runner (he could have made Englands sprinting team when he was about 16. His times were good enough but he got injured on a sports day and gave up)

I also always think of my little nephew. His mum has a crazy 6 pack and isn't even a gym girl. She just doesn't have bodyfat and her son (my nephew) seemed to inherit the same genes when it came to that. I always felt bad for his best friend. They had the same lifestyles and ate the same meals (his friend was always at my parents house so their routines and diet were about identical) but his friend was a fat ass and my nephew was a ripped kid lol

metabolism is kinda brutal. I deadass dont eat that much and get fat so easily. My other friends mum was fit when he was born and she spends her whole time in the gym and shes ripped ngl, he does fuckall all day yet is bigger than me and is much stronger. He doesn't even go gym

some people’s genetics bias them to store more of what they eat as muscle and fuel as opposed to others producing soy estrogen
