These days I am really thinking about what it actually means to be in love.

I really like one girl in my uni and I believe she likes me back - but if you ask "why" enough times, it all loses its meaning.

Why do I like her? Well, I can say I like her humour, I can say I like her calling me cute names but at the core of it all is her beauty. The rest is simply halo effect.

Why does she (maybe) like me? Well, she must've seen me from the ideal angle and under the ideal lighting.

Quite shallow, quite depressing, but I can't pretend there's much more to it.

Yes obviously, love is just what people feel when they meet someone who has good health markers

I agree with this take, but no wonder it makes life depressing, nobody can promise to you your gf won't just lose all interest in you one day...

Your best bet is being as attractive as possible but even then, there's always a bigger fish

No difference, love is just an elongated version of limerence, it fades over time

Over 70% of marriages end in divorce (at least in the US) and all stories I've heard from divorcees was that they "fell in love" and then got married, the only reason people stay together is societal norms and pressure to appear respectable

My parents marriage is shit right now, and of course, they "fell in love" some 20 years ago

Love is a lie

It’s kinda the gamble you gotta take. Nothing can be assured forever, money, looks, and especially love. You gotta appreciate everything in the moment and understand it’s gonna go away.

attractiveness is subjective aswell. she can one day wake up and decide she doesn't love you anymore. (aka got bored of ur looks and wants chad)

Yeah but when u they are already in love they can fall for how the treat them but that still wont beat a chad.
Also being in love makes u see your partner much more attractive than what they actually are.

Lastly I wouldnt even worry cause if ur girl loves u and ur tall htn+ ur already a chad for her and a real chad will never approach her

I agree with your takeaway but ngl marriage statistics probably aren't the greatest proof since most marriages are a result of betabuxxing.

But yeah that aside, from personal experience, there is no crush that like follows me forever... they all fade away.

The fact I am not with those girls can only account for so much, its probably just the fact I realized there are better looking girls.

If this happened to me, it can surely happen to a girl with 1000 more options than me.

Monkey brain just tells you that you have to ejaculate into that uterus, because whatever comes out of there has a better chance of surviving after your death

Even now after so many years, when I analyze and think back to when I was in fourth grade and had innocent love, I was attracted to the only girl in the class who had blue eyes and was relatively tall (and she liked me back because I was the second tallest kid and had green eyes)

Brutal ngl..

Exactly

Women have no limit to their SMV, you think you can "hold down a woman" the second things get rough? :feelskek:

She has 100,000 more options to choose from, and they are all better than you in every single way

Slutshaming is a thing of the past, women will always be believed and affirmed for any deed the commit, good or bad

If a woman cheats on her hardworking honest loving husband, it'll end up being the mans fault somehow

Which also reminds me, I have never heard a single divorced woman say the divorce had anything to do with them, always the guys fault

Responsibility and accountability is kryptonite for women

A woman can only be with one men in todays society right?
Bro wtf does this mean they can be with a thousand men in todays society, they were only with 1 man in the 60's maybe
Ok?
Therefore genetic alphas are rare
My point was that if 70% of men are LTN then 30% aren't, and women won't go for the 70%, so it doesn't matter if they are "genetic alphas" or not, women will still cuck the guy they are with and have thousands upon thousands of options to choose from
Whatever helps you sleep at night ig

Love of having someone to build on, level up together, support each other also In bad times and most important thing having amazing fun adventures with each other, the world is fuckedup but live in your own world with the one you love

No argument
Because all of the points you made are a bluepilled fantasy

- Women will stay with 1 man in 2025

- Women will cheat on their husbands for a LTN

- Women don't go for Chads in 2025

:bluepill: overdose
