Useful in regards to what? I think too low estrogen isn't good for hair growth

Plenty of people are doing it, just search on Google.

It is useful if finasteride increased your estrogen levels to a point you get side effects.

Also since there will be less Testosterone-->Estrogen conversion you will get increased free T which could help counteract the side effects of lower DHT.

But you would need to MICRODOSE the AI because Finasteride will not increase your estrogen by more than 20% while standard AI dose would totally crash your estrogen levels. Something like Arimidiex 0.25mg E4D-E5D at most should do the job.

Also never forget that a sensitive scalp to DHT is probably sensitive to all Androgens and so increasing your T with AI could speed up your hairloss. If I was you I would add RU58841 to my stack if I was using any AI with finasteride.

Btw topical Fin is better than oral Fin with lots of recent studies proving it. Basically higher DHT reduction in scalp with lower systemic DHT reduction.
