Im talking about the Dutch/German/Italian/ speaking IT Freelance Marketplace where We Don't compete with Indian English speakers

I heard they get around 90€/hour
That would be more than even an doctor

It really depends, no easy answer. sound really iffy for 90€/h. Biggest factor here is your time. EU high paying freelancer needs to have skills. Take in consideration your background and experience, how much you already know and how much time you have to acquire specialist skills and your IQ ( how fast you can learn) if low forget about it. Also to get hired, if you don't have degree especially, you need to have some good projects behind you. To actually make money as freelancer you need to somehow land clients. How you gonna do that and make them a pitch.
If you are right now not making any money, it's better to get any kind of job.
