What makes you sure the surgery will come out right? Or the medical complications after it. Do you know if you have any allergic reactions to anesthetics? Do you know if you are any reactions to specific tools or implants? Are you ready for the long akward healing process that can take a year to finish let alone for the year of finding a doctor who is willing to do the surgery, let alone the planning stages for the surgery itself, one surgery even. Remember the medical fees too, that 35k can bump up to 40k very fast.

Insurance does not cover cosmetic surgieres that are risky. They might cover simple surgeries if you are lucky.

I do not think you know how hard it is too get surgery for the base. You can get tissue surgeries easily but not base ones. Not ones for bone.
