Is it worth cutting the corner of the mouth for better symmetry?

I noticed that one corner of my mouth (the right one) is slightly longer than the other. Should I cut it, or is it better to stretch the lip?
Is this due to general skull or nose asymmetry rather than the lip itself?

Probably yeah but you have to cut it again after a while because it's just gonna heal, so maybe as long as you're ok with cutting it everytime it heals lol

Doesn't the lip just get trimmed a couple of times once and for all?

Yeah, but good luck with doing it a bunch of times for it to not heal, lol
