Hard to say cause they don't share that info but if you abused it in the past, probably better to get new pics and sim card if you wanna get same results you had your first time around

Probably algorithm seems legit, the further I got through my city the more overweight/trannies/ethnics/mothers I saw
Edit: Idk how it works actually, they will be there due to lack of likes, whereas you may be there for other reasons
