Is it worth gambling Mini Wing with unpopular surgeon?

So I'm kinda broke and I've found a surgeon in France that does Chin wings/Mini wings and is less expensive than other surgeons I've found in this forum.
He has more than 100 reviews all positive (even if most are for molar extraction) has published many scientific papers on chinwing/mini wing (so he should know what hes doing) and is very young (I believe in early 30s) so maybe that is why he is a little cheaper.

So the question is it worth gambling it? I mean how much can you botch a mini wing? Worst case I'm not gonna be fully satisfied but I dont think I will look worse than before surgery

If you think its worth it do it but frank tuffano got botched by a guy with seemingly all positive reviews and even something like a nose job which is the most common surgery is routinely botched

I believe its much easier to botch a nosejob because you would have to try to make a natural shape and need more skill to make it look good
