Is it worth getting a kid if you only can get with ltbs?

if I were to get married I would realistically pull a ltb at max and at that point our children would be severely deformed to the point that they would for sure suffer through their life. So is it even worth it at that point?

Would be sad to leave the world with no one to keep my legacy going but the suffering my child would have to live through for being sub5 is evil.
