Depends bro. We need more info like do you have a narrow palate if so how narrow. Do you have a narrow bizygomatic width. Do you have a wide alar base? Your ipd and so on.

More Info would help but if ur 16 just try braces first it helps alot since ur bones aren't fully grown myself am gonna try getting braces
