Is it worth getting braces if

Your teeth are almost all straight? I have tmj and my jaw clicks also. I only have 1 tooth that is out of place but the rest are pretty straight. Will getting braces change my jaw shape/face shape or give it definition and fix my tmj/asymmetrys?
