Is it worth getting CCWr from 10 degrees OP down to 4?

I have the issue that my occlusal plane and mandibular plane angle do not align, my occlusal plane is actually pretty straight, meaning not a lot of downgrowth in my maxilla.

But my mandibular plane angle is steep and does not align with the occlusal, in theory I could get a CCW bimax that will give me a 4-5 degree CCW to bring my occlusal to a 4 degree one, and bring my mandibular plane angle to 22 degrees,

because right now it is 25-26 degrees.

The problem with this is that I cant bring down my MPA without fucking up my occlusal plane, it would give me SFS/blocky head.
There's only so much CCW I can do to help my MPA before the occlusal gets negatively impacted

Christian Bale is a perfect example of this, he has a relatively straight OP, but downswung MPA.

I can either do bimax CCWr or get a chin wing + gonion implant to get a straighter MPA

Christian bale needs chin wing (basically ccwr for the mandible instead of maxilla)

He doesn't have downward growth, he doesn't have a long midface, he just has a really weak mandible.

@SixCRY wrote somewhere that the surgeon can do different CCW for maxilla and mandible, I'm assuming they're referring to chin wing? Since you cant do CCW on a BSSO

yes ccw for mandible is basically chin wing.
