Is it worth getting cosmetic fat grafts for my hand atrophy (right) or is it not noticeable?

Diagnosed by multiple doctors resulting from ulnar neuropathy. Is it worth getting fat grafts? They look bonier due to first dorsal interossei and abductor digiti minimi wasting.

On my right? It's adductor pollicis loss due to muscle wasting so the thumb has weaker pinch
