Funny thing is I don’t eat like shit I eat good I don’t eat Goyslop haven’t for months I drink 4L+ of water everyday and I go outside practically every day cuz of my job I have no fucking clue what it could be

Whatever my mom cooks is what I eat mostly rice meat soup and so forth I’m currently on a deficit dunno if that could be the reason but I also don’t wanna be a fat fuck

If you want quick results and have money, it's much cheaper to use topicals but it takes months to years
Acid peels high concentration are the quickest, haven't used them yet but will next year
The only problem is that you might start to peel off

7 months shit don’t do anything js applying gay white creamy substance on my face hoping it would nuke my acne

It's important to use topicals to treat acne, however if you have terrible scarring I would consider getting a laser treatment. I don't believe these are recommended for those with active acne though if that's what you're dealing with. If tret isn't working for you consult a dermatologist, especially because they probably prescribed you to it. There's no "instant" cure to acne as with laser treatments you will have to keep on coming back.

Hop on accutane/isotretinoin only thing that fixed my skin after battling for 7 years. all other shit is cope if you getting acne because of hormones. if you got Post-inflammatory erythema you can get laser for it but it will also fade away on it's own might take months/years tho.
