is it worth going for bimax?

i am considering going for scans and enquiring about bimax/trimax with ccw rotation for my recessed maxilla & mandible, is it worth it?

No. Very mild. I think the result would be underwhelming considering the effort and time investment.

I was thinking the same. Drop 30K for a barely noticeable change. Some men can see noticeable different but whatever projection OP is showing afterwards with his jaw moved forward is a minor difference.

height is 5’10, 75kg and i have a good frame, eye area support is poor from my retruded maxilla but they are almond and blue, ipd and esr are average, i have no problems with my dating life

This is because bimax is meant for people with at least moderate clincial recession. Otherwise, you're paying a surgeon 30K to saw and move parts of your skull for minimal change.
If he gets bimax, we'll barely notice the difference.
