I was thinking the same. Drop 30K for a barely noticeable change. Some men can see noticeable different but whatever projection OP is showing afterwards with his jaw moved forward is a minor difference.

This is because bimax is meant for people with at least moderate clincial recession. Otherwise, you're paying a surgeon 30K to saw and move parts of your skull for minimal change.
