I rlly wanna grow taller my height genetics lowk bumhole im alr taller than my mum and almost same height as my dad (bulgarian genetics looksmin) and on top of this im fat and my growth plates prolly gna close soon. Me being fat prolly makes me shorter asw cuz estrogen. I Reasearched a bit on hgh but the cons just seems so much worse than the pros like cardiomegaly, my heart is already kinda fucked form prolonged nicotine use (high bpm) so im not sure if it would be worth it in the long run. Any advice???

You won't see as much as you'd hope but it will make a difference. Quit nicotine your baseline cortisol is too high therefore worse hormone profile, 140lbs 5ft 6 and fat is destroying your hormones. Nicotine is killing your REM sleep. Unironically you're looksminning so hard. You will regret not optimising your development, move to meat raw dairy and quality sleep before you even think about HGH.

Brother you're 16, fuck this noise of eating less. You need to be in a strong surplus of quality meat and raw dairy, why the fuck are you restricting calories when you are underdeveloped and 5ft 6. Please brother quit the nicotine and don't try to restrict into a deficit when your craniofacial development and bones in general aren't optimal. No point being lean if your facial bones have no mass and you are 5ft6 you will have zero dimorphism and no energy. Im glad you're here getting advice because at the moment you are making things much harder for yourself.

First of all, get pharmaceutical quality HGH. Nothing from a fly by night lab. You run 1.0 mg a day divided into two injections, 0.5 mg immediately after coming out of sleep, and 0.5 mg after you lift. This is not a suggestion. This is the baseline.

Now, HGH by itself is like an engine without a turbo. You stack it. You run CJC-1295 at 3 mg a week divided into 2 injections. You add 500 mcg Ipamorelin with each pin of HGH. Then you take 50 mg. MK-677 every night before sleep. It is overkill, but overkill is the objective. Your body has to be saturated with growth pulses 24/7.

Now on to the support drugs. This is the difference between genius and the idiots. You are fat, which means you have extra estrogen. That tells your growth plates to fuse. You wipe it out with 12.5 mg Aromasin every other day. Plus your thyroid is going to slow down on this much gear so you add 75 mcg T4 every day to keep your metabolism up. Plus you are 100% going to have insulin resistance, so you will take 1000 mg Metformin twice a day. Check your blood sugar before meals. If you don’t you might as well get ready for type II diabetes.

damn bro, harsh but true, i mean like i just dont wanna be fat for my teen years bro im a fucking truecel atm and im lacking behind all my friends im only one whos still a virgin and its js hella like embarrasaing, idk if its js cuz im hella nd or im chopped but i rlly do wanna lose weight, if i do do what ur saying and eat like quality meat and dairy would it really help my facial bone development. i dont even think my bones are THAT bad that like a 2 month cut is gonna fuck everything up. defo gna quit nic tho been on my list for a while.

Ur absolute of live longer,shorter and worse or shorter and better is kind of something i agree with i just dont agree with absolutes, i feel theres allways an inbetween not everything is yes or no. Just from a logical standpoint that is. If i knew for 100% that my life would improve for the cost of 10yrs of my life i would take that any day, i just cant accept even with tons of medical research and stuff i still just cant trust the fact that in a couple years something new is going to come up saying something like "HGH causes cancer" which i swear it can asw (cell duplication?) or atleast speed up cancer and or chance of cancer. the weight of it all at my young impressionable age is just very heavy. tell me what you think
