Basically i played basketball and did track most of my life. For a time i was playing at the highest level for my age but as i took school more serious i stepped down and played a bit lower. I am 18 now and have moved country and am not sure if i should sign up for a team in my university. i still like playing but when i think from an ROI perspective it doesnt make sense. Firstly, the time input. If i want to be improving ill have to play/practice atleast 5h a week + travel. Is that even worth it when i have so much to focus on at 18(study, online money, looksmaxxing, gym). I just feel like the ROI isnt there, ill be getting mogged by 2 meter people the whole time anyways. I feel like it makes sense to just gymmaxx, do some sprint training where giants are less common and just leave basketball behind me and use the extra time to work on building myself in other areas.

any thoughts greatly appreciated

not too interesteed in degen shit respectfully, im lowkey nd

At 18 the ROI is not that high worth anymore, focus in other things + entering a pro team is not 100% sure you'll enter a pro one after the university one
