Is it worth it to cut all my hair off?

my hair is thinning and it's thinning fast. every time i shower upward of 100 hairs fall out of my head. any time i play with my hair some strands will fall out.

iqcel here & for reference i bleached my hair twice and dyed it 5 times all between february - july of this year.


So with this out of the way, will completely buzzing my hair will allow for all of the new hair to regrow back way healthier than whatever the goyslop filled chicken dust bullshit is on my head? If you know anything about this please help me decide if it's worth it or not.
