Is it worth it to do something social but go to sleep late for it

My Friends want to go bowling till 23 pm and I will be asleep by 1 am then and I have to sleep at my friends house so I cant do my evening routine I dont want to descend by bad sleep im 15 and then I have to rebuild my sleepcycle I will be bloated and have eyebaggs then Tomorrow do you guys think its worth it?
