Just mask the slight recession with genio or chin implant

Just mask the slight recession with genio or chin implant
Genioplasty / chin implant is not substitute for mandibular advancement. the chin itself is already strong.

This is retarded his chin is projected his mandible is recessed. Any more projection will look retarded

I’d say if you really want to and it’s giving you problems and affecting your life then get bimax, not Trimax. But I think you don’t need it, you look good. Perhaps a rhino could help bring balance but I think you’re good man

You need a genio for sure, so you can decide between a genio and a trimax. There's no point in putting a palatal expander on me unless your palate is extremely narrow

BSSO to fix your recessed mandible.
A complementary genioplasty might be necessary to rearrange the chin projection. Not forward projection (already good as is), but rather downward (as suggested by the 3/4 & front profile pics).
Actually, I wonder if the chin bone will need to be shaven because the BSSO will project it further forward, and it is already projected enough before surgery. I can't really picture how such a case is managed by the surgeon. More knowledgeable users may chime in.

A rhinoplasty could certainly improve your looks. Alarplasty to address the flared nostrils. Tip plasty to refine and rotate the tip. And dorsal hump removal for a sleeker silhouette.

Finally, your ears seem to be protruding/flaring. Which may limit your current hair style options. If confirmed, otoplasty would be the way to go. Cheap, safe, and high ROI potential.

A few morphs to roughly illustrate these suggestions :
