Background information, 18M need advice on how to fix a protruding premaxilla/lips, I do not have typically big lips its just my teeth and mouth are essentially jutting forward. Any reliable fix other than surgery, and will that even work?

you probably need ortho work with upper and lower premolars extraction and bimax after

anterior subapical osteotomy is the true surgery for it if your case won't be fixed thru extractions you can combine it w a genio ofc
