Is it worth it to get MARPE/SARPE or should I save up for surgery?

Basically the title. I am 19 but it still says there is an 80-90% success rate at early 20s. If i get something like this I might ask my parents to help me pay for it but no way they would pay for a bimax. I am also on hgh so idk if that would change anything abt the MARPE.

I alr have breathing problems and a doctor suggested me to have a nosejob bc of it. I have a small nose so idrc abt that maybe I can say this is a better way and that I don’t wanna have surgery and just get MARPE instead with or without headgear. It will be months untill I will be able to see my parents so I have time to plan

100% no matter age / gender if done right for the patient's biology.

Maybe stronger bones. Makes no difference if you go to a non-retarded custom marpe provider tho.

Whether to get MARPE for this depends on the root of your breathing problems. But usually people who have breathing problems are people who would benefit from MARPE based on their biology.

As for SARPE, don't get it, it's sort of outdated.

All it does is widen your palate which can be a necessity for bite. It does nothing for your zygos or for your breathing. At that point it (SARPE) is just a LF1 osteotomy in preparation for a lefort 1 osteotomy (in cases where people do SARPE then DJS)

Btw, there's plenty of providers that do marpe even if it's only for aesthetics. The only reason you would wanna larp that it's for health reasons is to get it covered by insurance or free health care.

Go to someone that clearly advertises aesthetics as a MARPE indication (they exist in plentiful), not some bluepilled cunt. Those bluepilled cunts will probably give you an MSE and make you asymmetric anyway.

I don’t necessarily have a narrow palate, my ccw rotation is cooked so downward grown maxilla and mandible

then you need bsso with rotation, expander would be useless
