for height growth I wouldn't take it, icl i don’t know anything about the growth plates from ur X-ray but assuming u showed the X-ray cause they're open, if u NEED to grow ur best bet is test + an AI, but even then im not sure if that would work since ur old already

I remember some study I seen where it actual does lower ur iq especially during developmental years, I dont think massively tho so u gotta weigh up how much iq vs height matters for you imo
