all im saying is that if he got lean (skinny but muscular ), used some filler in his problematic areas (I have recessed chin, will do jaw angles when I can) plus grooming he’d be aight .. I was a fat chubster growing up, was invisible at 15-20 w skinnyfat physique, did starting strength routine and got a little toned and fixed the gut, slayed one foid around 20-21 then took pharmaceutical and filler route to get me to where I am rn at 23
