Depends. In some cases a to big and hooked nose can destroy the harmony of the whole face. And a fix of this could improve your looks massively. If this is the case for you it would be worth it.

10 grand tho. You could get one for half the price in some Arab country where you don’t have a war rn and a 5 Grand Holliday ontop. Usually their nosejobs are even superior from western surgeons from what I’ve seen
