I’m probably about 16% body fat without hollow cheeks and shitty bonemass. Should I just drink a bunch of milk and go on a calorie surplus or cut
 
Provided you consistently consume enough micronutrients a deficit shouldn’t hinder any growth you have. However idk if it’s worth leanmaxxinf to an extreme in teenage years something I regret. Also don’t recommend becoming a bloatcel either no point comprising your social life for minimal growth diff etc. maintenance with an attempt to recomp would prob be best

leanmaxxing when young should be avoided and only done if you're overweight, just maintain a healthy diet consistently, don't do bulks or cuts until you're 19 - 20, high protein, rich in simple sugars diet is what works the best for me
