Is it worth sleeping less so I can go to the gym?

I wake up at 7am normally to go to school. I got school 9am-3:30pm. I get home at 4:30pm. My parent won't let me go to the gym past 5:30pm but I have like so much fucking homework and studying that I can't balance going to the gym aswell.

I'm fat as shit and am thinking about just going to the gym at 6am but also want to get enough sleep cause im still going through puberty.

What should I do?

You should do it bro

Get up early and go gym, but go to sleep earlier too.
Get that sleep and get the gym in ser

Gym and sleep are equally important without proper sleep your performance will suffer

So what time do you suggest I sleep. Icl my sleep has been pretty shit in recent times, I use to sleep at 9pm but have been sleeping at 12-1am now.

I would suggest 10pm

I used to do 10 - 10:30pm and wake at 6 / 6:30am and it worked well

yes do it if you will actually stay commited to it, go to bed at like 9 though if you actually want to maximise your health and performance, if your waking up at like 5:30, only if you intend to leave for the gym by 6
dont go to bed later than like 10
