basically adderral is considered pretty strong and fucks with your dopamime/noradrelanine system. its definitely one of the most effective one, but its rather to be used recreationally than consistently

if you want to use recreational stuff ritalin or other methylphendiate derivates(concerta, vyvanse etc.) are better choice as it doesnt fuck up your brain as much

it varies by each person a lot. just as any other stim. mouth dryness, heart palpitations, theres a little comedown. shouldnt be a problem for most people at low doses
